How did you get my details?

From your public listing: your website, Google or your booking page. We only use what you already publish. Reply "remove" to any email and we delete your details and the draft the same day.

Where are you, and who am I talking to?

MNKY KONNEKT SL is a registered company in Spain, and the person you deal with is Miguel Ángel López, the founder. We work Singapore hours. Everything happens by WhatsApp (+34 623 827 167, a Spanish number) or email, and we usually reply within a working day.

How can I check you are real?

Look us up before you decide: our entry in the Spanish Commercial Registry gazette (BORME, 1 July 2025, entry 296563), our tax ID (NIF B22561179), this website, and a real person on WhatsApp who can join a short video call. Do not pay or share anything private before that.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and you get the files. The optional care plan, from month 13, only covers hosting and changes; you can cancel it any time.

Do I need to send photos?

No. Drafts use licensed stock photos. If you have your own, we swap them in; it usually looks better.

Can I have more than one page?

Yes. Most shops need one good page; if you need more (a menu, a booking page, a second location), ask and we quote it.

How do I pay?

Through our payment links: PayNow, a local bank transfer in SGD, or your own Wise account, with nothing added on your side. Card on request. You pay only after you approve the final version. You get an invoice from MNKY KONNEKT SL. No GST is charged by us; GST-registered customers should check whether reverse charge applies.

What if something goes wrong?

If the site is not live within 7 working days of payment and of receiving your logo, text and domain details, you get a full refund by Wise; the clock pauses while we wait on you. After the first year, changes are what the optional care plan is for: up to 6 requests a year, applied within 2 working days. Cancel it any time.

Is there a catch?

No. We draft websites for local businesses before we contact them because it is the only honest way to show what you would get. If you say no, we take the draft down and that is the end of it.
